With the DS base, the deburring system from gKteso, milled parts, die cast parts, sheet metal parts, and even plastic components can be deburred, thread cut, reamed, honed, brushed, and, if necessary, also inspected afterwards, ensuring 100% quality. The flexible modular design allows different components and different deburring or post-processing methods to be applied.
Quality improvement through robotic deburring
With the DS base, edges are cleaned up like with a CNC milling machine. Other post-processes, such as threads, fits, small milling finishes or rounding, can also be precisely and, of course, automatically replicated like with a robot. Even final inspections or marking components is integrable.

The DS base deburring cell works very precisely with its five axes, is flexible, and even processes the most complex geometries and shape elements. Here, the program, like in a CNC milling machine, is generated at a separate workstation using a CAD-CAM program.
To further increase flexibility, the DS base robot cell can be equipped with an additional rotary axis.
All processing is carried out in a completely enclosed workspace to meet the highest safety standards.
