gKteso opens up completely new possibilities for cost reduction
In the center of the flexible Assembling System AS integrated is a so-called feeder robot, which camera-assisted prepares the various individual parts, often as loose material in work carriers on the turntable, feeding them into the compact assembly cell. This enables quick and efficient changeovers to handle different tasks every day. For example, different assemblies can be assembled during the day and at night. Of course, a diverse range of assemblies can always be assembled as needed. If required, this can be easily scalable with increasing demand, which offers a tremendous advantage.
Production processes change
The assembly cell AS integrated from gKteso adapts with it. Production processes are changing more frequently, forcing companies to be much more adaptable. With flexible production systems like the Assembling System (AS) integrated, you are steps ahead of your competition. Quick process exchange is just as possible as rapid conversion to other variants.
Advantages
- Quick change to other variants
- Processes can be easily added or changed
- Quick retooling
Technical data
Component weight | Up to 2 kg |
Work carrier | Up to 16 |
Maximum speed | 4 m/s |
Max. number of parts | Up to 48 individual components |
Custom processes integrable
The AS integrated comes standard with a number of processes such as gluing, screwing, greasing, pressing, inserting, and testing. gKteso already offers modules for this. With the modular system, customer-specific processes or devices can also be easily integrated. This makes it possible to incorporate customer-specific know-how, which has been built up over many years product-specifically in production, and to automate it.
Advantages
- Standard processes available
- Customer-specific production processes can be integrated
- Users can continue to build production know-how
Fit for the future AS integrated
The majority of costs in assembly are caused by logistics. With the automatic assembly cell AS integrated, these can remain low in the future, as the components are not only supplied by the logistics robot to the actual assembly center but are already prepared so that automatic transport systems can be connected. This enables a staff-reduced operation throughout the entire chain.
